5th Graders Go to Washington.

For the first time this year, Wacona’s 5th graders went on a trip to Washington D.C.  One of our reporters interviewed a 5th grader right before he left on his trip.

So I can fly on an airplane.

Visit famous places and see Abraham Lincoln statue.

3 What are you most looking forward to?

Getting out of school.

4 Is this your fist plane ride?

Yes.

5 Are you nervous about going and riding on a plane?

  No.

6 Are you excited about going to Washington?

Yes.

7 How long will it take to get to Washington?

16 hours by car and by plane 2 hours.

8 How many doggy bags are you going to bring?

 2 If you bring more than 2 you have to pay.

9 Do you think you will have to take a train too?

No.

10 Do you think your going to have fun in Washington?
